SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

Ben Katz Productions appreciates that you have a range of options when buying DVDs online and applauds your decision to purchase directly from the filmmaker—this helps us make more films with less artistic interference.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments are made within three business days or less from the time of order.

USA orders:
$5 United States Postal Service: First Class Mail (2-3 days)
$15 FedEx (2-Day)

Canada/Jamaica orders:
$15 International Priority on All Orders

Contact us for orders from other countries or for orders over 50 units--we ship and can even export by the case (50 units of all DVD products to a case; different minimum quantities for other products).

PAYMENTS

All payments to Ben Katz Productions are handled securely through PayPal.com.

RETURNS

Returns of all still-sealed DVDs are welcome within 30 days of the postmark date on which its shipment left our facilities. Reimbursement will be via PayPal and will exclude shipping charges. There will be a US$2 fee for restocking per item returned, which will be deducted from the refund.

COUPONS/GIFT CERTIFICATES

If you have a coupon or gift certificate, simply enter it into the Discount Code window in the shopping cart and click the Update icon.
